Taylor Swift New App ‘The Swift Life’ + Her Next Performances

Taylor Swift Is Taking Her Fans To A Whole New Level

Taylor Swift announced ‘The Swift Life,’ an App that will hit the App Store later this year. The singer made the announcement on Tuesday taking fans into a Swiftie frenzy.

Following multiple interactions with fans on Instagram Taylor surprised a fan by dropping by and gifting her a huge ‘Reputation’ pack. ‘Reputation’ will be released on November 10th.

‘The Swift Life’ is coming

Taylor Swift has gained a reputation for her dedication to fans. She decided to take things to a new level by launching a new app to connect with them.

‘The Swift Life’ is every Swifties’ dream app. It will feature updates from Swift including exclusive photos, music, and videos. It will also allow the pop star to like and comment on fans posts.

Taylor made the huge announcement by dropping a clip in which she teases fans with what’s to come, including her very own Tay-emojis.

“I think you guys are really going to like this. I mean, I hope. It would be preferable if you did,” Swift says in the video.

Taylor developed the app along with Glu Mobile Inc. which is best known for making mobile games based on celebrities including ‘Katy Perry Pop’, ‘Britney Spears: American Dream’, ‘Nicki Minaj: The Empire’ and ‘Kim Kardashian: Hollywood.’

“We’ve worked closely with Taylor and her team to bring her creative vision to life,”  said Glu president and CEO Nick Earl in a news release.

“The result is a deeply social environment where Taylor and her fans are able to better connect with one another while expressing themselves in an interactive community.”

The singer’s deal with the company was first announced in early 2016. The project was originally described as a game.

‘The Swift Life’ is being developed iOS and Android users and it’s expected to release later this year.

In the meantime, she’s still hanging with fans

‘Reputation’ made very clear that the “old Taylor” is dead, but it seems some things stuck. The singer proved she still has mad love for her fans and decided to drop by a huge fan’s home.

The singer found Lara, naturally, on Instagram. Lara first brushed with the pop star when she joined one of her Instagram Live feeds, and things escalated from there.

Then, a Swift fan account DM-ed Lara and said Swift wanted to send her a package; she gave the account her address.

While Lara was happy waiting for her ‘Reputation package to drop,’ it was the Swift herself who showed up to deliver it.

Lara’s whole adorable reaction was live-streamed, and it’s just cute. The pair snapped pictures together and definitely, Lara’s dream come true.

“I’m shaking so much,” Lara said in an Instagram video. “I just met the woman who made the biggest impact on my life. I was able to thank her. I’m not sleeping for, like, another seven months,” she said.

“This means the world to me. Nothing can beat this.”

This is definitely the exhibit that the “new Taylor” will keep super close to her fans.

During her ‘1989’ era, Taylor invited fans to her house to listen to the album ahead of time and even baked cookies. Also, she playfully stalked them on Tumblr, slid into their Instagram DMs, and even paid for their student loans sometimes.

More recently, Taylor has been popping up in the comment sections of fans’ Instagram Lives all week.

Hitting the stage sooner than later

It’s almost the most wonderful time of the year again. The Jingle Ball is coming up with an awesome lineup to get in the holiday spirit.

Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran, and Demi Lovato will headline the lineup and will also be joined by other favorites like Charlie Puth, The Chainsmokers, Fall Out Boy, and Nick Jonas.

As if wasn’t enough, there will be a little One Direction reunion in the form of Niall Horan and Liam Payne.

The pair last played a Jingle Ball show in 2015 with their fellow One Direction members, which was, ironically, the band’s last show in the U.S. as a group.

“It’s a bittersweet feeling because we knew we were getting a little bit of a break,” Payne said in an interview with Billboard.

“Obviously we knew it was the end and the confusion of not knowing when it’s gonna come back, what’s gonna happen next.”

The ‘Jingle Ball’ show is put together by iHeartRadio and presented by Capital One. It will launch on Nov. 28 in Dallas and make stops in a dozen cities, ending in Fort Lauderdale on Dec. 17. Tickets for the ‘Jingle Ball’ are already available.

If you can’t make it to the show, the Dec. 1 concert in L.A. will be broadcasted as a live video stream on CWTV.com and The CW app.

By the time the tour kicks off, Taylor’s forthcoming album ‘Reputation’ will have already been released on November 10th.
