Tash Sultana Releases New Music Teaser And Date

The “Looping” Queen Is Back And We’re So Ready

Governors Ball, Coachella, Lollapalooza, Hangout, Australia, North America, South America, Europe. Basically born into music, as Tash Sultana picked up her first guitar at the age of 3; 20 years later.  Sultana has already played all around the globe and sold out entire arenas. But it doesn’t stop there: with a world tour and everything, Tash still went ahead and made an album!
After her EP Notion and a few videos of her playing broke the internet, the Australian musician went very fast from being known only by a few to being recognized worldwide. From playing Notion on a street in Melbourne to having her single Jungle on FIFA 18’s official soundtrack, and making her way to the world’s most wanted and famous music festivals.

Things we know about Tash Sultana release so far

Tash Sultana is acknowledged for being a master of the arts of looping, meaning she can make a whole live song by herself by recording guitars and beats. She’s also a great composer, producer, and multi-instrumentalist, which she has shown: she can play guitar, trumpet, piano, saxophone, drums, and more; plus, she has the most peculiar singing voice!

We’ve known for a few months now that she has been working on new music

It’s going to be a little bit different. A lot can happen in 5 years, and she says that, for her, there’s been a lot of growth as a person and as an artist. Now we can barely wait to listen to this next album.

But that wait is almost over! Sultana just released a 50-second teaser of what’s next. For now, all we know is that the words “Hate the things you do” are important, and that she will be dropping new music on June 21! Even though it’s not clear yet if the whole album will come out that day or if it will be a single, to us, new Tash Sultana music will always be good for the heart and soul.
