On Wednesday, Warner Bros. released the official teaser trailer of Stephen King’s IT remake and it’s properly scary. The video comes after Monday’s one sheet poster launch of the super scary story.
IT comes alive once more by the hands of Warner Bros. and New Line Cinema. The movie will hit theaters on September 8. You might wanna watch it with the lights on.

Pennywise’s back bringing up our greatest fears and we’re scared to death. The trailer takes viewers to the sewer as a group of kids try to find out one of the crew’s little brother, giving viewers a rough outline of the legendary story. The teaser has over 3 million views on its first day, it’s going to be huge.
The scary as hell trailer finally landed.
The long expected trailer of Stephen King’s IT remake is here and it’s incredible. On Monday Warner Bros teased us with the release of the pretty scary movie poster, then on Wednesday the anticipated horror clip landed and it’s oh so scary.
The search takes them to the sewer and we get to see a glimpse of the scary clown, Pennywise, who’s the central villain of the story.
Taking us back to Derry, Maine.
In case you’re not familiar with the story here’s the plot synopsis, “When children begin to disappear in the town of Derry, Maine, a group of young kids are faced with their biggest fears when they square off against an evil clown named Pennywise, whose history of murder and violence dates back for centuries.”
The new trailer is not short in darkness and suspense, even when the red balloons appear is incredibly sinister. Pennywise appearances totally deliver and will leave you wanting to watch the movie asap!
The comeback of a classic.
The first IT adaptation was in ABC’s 1990s miniseries in which Pennywise was brought to life by Tim Curry. The TV adaptation clearly contributed to rising in the fear of clowns, coulrophobia.
The story that follows a group of young children coming together after kids begin to disappear, facing them with their greatest fears that take the shape of a scary clown is known worldwide and is considered a classic.

The movie stars Bill Skarsgårdas the legendary scary clown, Pennywise. Child actors include Midnight’ Special’s Jaeden Lieberher, Alvin and the Chipmunks’ Jeremy Ray Taylor, 37’s Sophia Lillis, Stranger Things’ Finn Wolfhard, Guardians of the Galaxy’s Wyatt Oleff, Cops and Robbers’ Chosen Jacobs, Tales of Halloween’s Jack Dylan Grazer and Nicholas Hamilton from Captain Fantastic.
This time the director of this remake is the one and only Andres Muschetti. Can’t wait til September 8!
