Get Ready For Some Of This Year’s Most Amazing Films And Tv Shows

The nominations for the 75th annual Golden Globe Awards are just around the corner.

On Monday, the nominees for the Golden Globes 2018 were announced. Actresses and actors like Kristen Bell, Garrett Hedlund, Sharon Stone and Alfre Woodard met at the Beverly Hilton Hotel along with Golden Globe ambassador Simone Garcia Johnson for the revelation. This gala will be broadcast live on January 7, 2018. A show that will be watched in more than 210 countries. This award is one of the most acclaimed ones in the film industry. There are very few ceremonies that include achievements in both film and television.

The favorites of the season

Get ready for the countdown, we will see an extensive list this year. This 2017 the film industry had a lot of favorites. Such as Guillermo del Toro’s  “The Shape of Water” all an IN in this season, with seven nominations, including Best Motion Picture ( Drama), Best Actress, Best Supporting Actor, and Actress. We also have other strong competitors for Best Motion Picture (Drama) as Martin McDonagh’s ‘Three Billboards Outside Ebbing’, ‘Missouri’, Steven Spielberg’s ‘The Post’ and critics favorite Christopher Nolan’s ‘Dunkirk’.

The television categories are an unusual mix.They come in the middle of the industry season (the Emmys, the most acclaimed television awards, which are just revealed in September). The Globes always seek to shine new stars and shows, as well as miniseries featuring recognized stars.

“The Shape of Water” is one of the most acclaimed films in the awards this 2018. Having seven nominations to the Globe. The plot is a fairy tale for adults. A woman falls in love with an amphibian trapped in an underground laboratory. : Picture, Director, Screenplay, Score, Best Actress for Sally Hawkins, Best Supporting Actor for Richard Jenkins, and Best Supporting Actress for Octavia Spencer. Just behind is the dark drama “Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri” and “The Post” with six nominations each one.

Timothée Chalamat with his roll in “Call By Your Name” is a bomb! One of the favorites of this section but Denzel Washington and Tom Hanks are also in this category. This battle will be very close.

Christopher Nolan with “Dunkirk” has given to talk about. This movie is very complex according to critics. Hopefully, receives an award this year for one of the best movie for Nolan since Interstellar.
