It’s Even Better Than The First One

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 is almost here, and its soundtrack finally has been revealed. As the music plays a key component of the movie. Wheater’s as a part of the story, to make a joke or simply to add more epicness to the scene.

Since the movie is a part of the amazing movies that MCU are giving to us this year. Along with Spider-Man: Homecoming and Thor: Ragnarok. But being Guardians the strong dish between them, the expectative surrounding anything about it is a big deal.

Taste of a Star-Lord

Due to the incredible “mixtape” Star-Lord presents to us on the 2014 blockbuster, that ended up becoming one of the best-selling vinyl records of recent times, a new epic soundtrack is coming along with this year’s movie.  Mixing rock classics picked out by Star-Lord, with also some songs composed by Peter Bates.

Now, for this year’s the tracklist Star-Lord and Marvel have repeated the awesome formula. Since the songs for the sequel is a trip through the rock of 70’s. Counting also with the guest appearance of David Hasselhoff.

Fleetwood Mac fundamentals

The tracklist of the movie includes: “Mr Blue Sky” by ELO, “Fox on the Run” by Sweet, “Lake Shore Drive” by Aliotta Haynes Jeremiah, “Surrender” by Cheap Trick, “The Chain by Fleetwood Mac, “Bring it On Home to Me” by Sam Cooke,”Southern Nights” by Glen Campbell, “My Sweet Lord” by George Harrison, “Brandy, You’re a Fine Girl” by Looking Glass, “Come a Little Bit Closer” by Jay and the Americans, “Wham Bang-Shang-A-Lang” by Silver, “Father and Son” by Yusuf and Cat Stevens, “Flashlight” by Parliment and “Guardians Inferno” by The Sneepers featuring David Hasselhoff.

According to the film’s director and writer James Gunn “The Chain’ is one because it is about the Guardians, at least in the way we use it, and we use it a couple of times in the movie, and the other one is ‘Brandy’, which is an incredibly important song in the movie.”  Earlier this year, the cast created their own mixtape, inspired by the film. Which included other classic bands like ZZ Top, David Bowie and more. The movie will premiere on May 5th.
