The picture not only broke the internet but it also broke the record of Most Liked Instagram pic. Selena Gomez, who was the previous record holder with the Coca-Cola shot, now passes the crown to Queen Bey.

The most liked Instagram picture record was previously held by Selena Gomez. The singer claimed the record last year. She reached six million likes in July 2016 with a Coca-Cola ad. The post featured Selena sipping from a bottle with her own lyrics on.
The ad was part of the Share a Coke and a Song campaign. The campaign included Selena’s “Me & The Rythm.” The post featured Selena wearing a red top and sipping from a bottle with her own lyrics on. Six from her 89 million followers helped her held the record.

On Wednesday Beyoncé broke the record. She announced her second pregnancy via Instagram. It took only seven hours to break the previous record. The post now amasses over nine million likes.
Queen Bey posted a picture of herself in lingerie covered by a veil. She surrounded herself with flowers to share the big news. This time news came as a two since the singer announced the Carter family will have two more members, and now the internet is speculating about it.
