A Mexican artist named Liliana Romero Andrade traveled to Paris to find the real life locations on “Amelie,” she printed some of the scenes of the movie and decided to look for the locations to take some shots. She wrote on Bored Panda that at first, people looked at her without understanding why she was taking pictures of a piece of paper.
She also added that the people who worked at the Les Deux Moulins, the cafe where Amelie works, were super kind to her, and helped her to get the right shot, same as the person who worked at the grocery shop.
Here are the pictures, if you want to see more of her work, @lilianaromero.foto is her Instagram user.
