Friendship comes in all shapes and sizes and this girl’s relationship with her disabled cat is the perfect example of it.
Molly Lichtenwalner, has gone through some bad times, but adopting this cute and furry feline has helped her so much!
Molly felt it was the right time to adopt a new pet and discovered this little earless cat named Otitis, whose former owners surrendered on him after the cysts in his ears made him deaf, she instantly knew they belonged to each other.
The 9-year-old kitten was rejected by his previous owners. He was left deaf and left to spent his days in a shelter.
Molly used to have a deaf puppy, so she knew how to deal with special need friends. She herself was struggling with anxiety disorder and panic attacks, so they both got the love they both needed.
She felt in love with this furry friend and since then he has been her support.
The feline feels so grateful for being rescued and loved again that he gives Molly snuggles all day, non-stop.
He never want’s to be apart from his favorite human.
Otitis knows how to help her when she is having a panic attack or feeling stressed out.
Otitis has turned out to be the best emotional support that Molly could ask for.
“He is sometimes the only thing that can calm me down… He’s the best thing I ever did and he definitely rescued me, I didn’t rescue him.”
