Lady Gaga, an outspoken advocate for LGBT and women’s rights, took as an advantage the large Super Bowl audience to make a statement to Mr. Trump. With her acrobatic performances, the artist brought some extra eyeballs to the big game, scoring an amazing 117.5 million viewers.
Lady Gaga’s performance was everything the world needed and more, I mean come on she jumped off the roof while hitting some perfect notes. But haters have been criticizing the star’s look during her halftime performance
In case you missed Gaga slaying at the halftime:
What a way to make a statement to the world
Standing on the roof of Houston’s NRG Stadium, with drones illuminating an American flag in the night sky behind her, Lady Gaga kicked off her Super Bowl halftime set on Sunday by singing “God Bless America” as a subtle message of inclusion and unity in a deeply divided United States.
“A nation, under an indivisible God, with liberty and justice,” were the words spoken by the 30-year-old pop star before delivering a performance, which also included pyrotechnics and dancers.
It was impressive the gymnastic set that led her with all her energy to the stage in the middle of the game land where she sang hit songs such as Edge of Glory, Poker Face, Born This Way, Telephone, Just Dance and Million Reasons.
Gaga in Versace, a tribute to David Bowie
We all know that Gaga was and will continue to be a great admirer of David Bowie, so for the fans it was great to see her giving him this epic tribute by showing up dressed in a sparkling silver custom Atelier Versace bodysuit, shoulder pads that evoked her early “Poker Face” era and rhinestones around her eyes.
Haters are gonna hate
Although the whole show was full of magic, haters were also present, rather focusing their attention on what they described as “a bad wardrobe choice” by saying that “her stomach is literally hanging over her shorts and that looked horrible.” But, we all know the position of the singer on this type of bullying, she is against sexism and defends that woman should not be stereotyped so I doubt that these comments affect her haters, you messed with the wrong girl.

People are standing up for Gaga and she honestly doesn’t care at all
Not only Gaga’s solid fan base stood up for the artist but the whole world was amazed that there were actually people calling Gaga fat and with a “full belly”. The comments assure that women’s bodies shouldn’t be judged in the first place and that she’s an example of what a healthy and fit body looks like.
Gaga and the rest of the world couldn’t care less about those hating comments:
The artist decided it was time to shut the rumors and she took her Instagram account to address the issue. By posting a picture of her performance, where the infamous “belly” is shown, Gagaga assured she’s proud of her body and that everyone else should be proud of their own. She basically said “Bye Felicia” to those hateful comments.
The frat daddies at this super bowl watch party just said Lady Gaga had a belly and if she's got a belly then I'm concerned I'm obese. pic.twitter.com/9QZ3JQcdIx
