Emma Roberts Is Back At AHS With Their New Season 'Cult'

Series creator Ryan Murphy announced on Tuesday that Emma Roberts is part of the new season of ‘AHS: Cult’. The seven season premieres on Septemeber, 5. This way, Roberts joins the cast that recently unveiled ‘Girls’ alum Lena Dunham had joined the cast.

On Tuesday, Ryan Murphy took to Instagram to deliver yet another clue and news about the anticipated new season of ‘American Horror Story.’

This time, Murphy announced former cast member Emma Roberts had just joined the ‘Cult’ with a picture of the actress on set for the new season.

Roberts also shared the same image on her Instagram account writing, “I’ve joined #ahscult will you?”

Murphy has previously taken to Instagram to announce more details of the season. Not only pictures of the cast inviting fans to join the cult, but also uploading intriguing pictures and videos on set that definitely make us want to unveil the mystery.

Along with Emma, the ‘American Horror Story: Cult’ will star regular members of the franchise such as Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, Billie Lourd, Billy Eichner, Cheyenne Jackson, Alison Pill, Colton Haynes and Adina Porter.

Ryan Murphy also previously revealed that Twisty the Clown from ‘American Horror Story: Freak Show’ will return. He also took to the social media to announce that Lena Dunham will have a role in one episode of the season.

Reactions to the news were quite divisive, with some loving the news and others expressing their disapproval of the news.

The show was renewed for two more seasons back in January. The series will premiere its first episode on Tuesday, September 5.

The ‘Cult’ fuzz

As if there wasn’t enough anticipation about the upcoming season and its topic, a newly unveiled trio of teaser were unveiled earlier this week.

The promos offer even more head-scratching clues about the all-new season and in the customary AHS way. They are freak and kind of uncomfortable to watch.

Titled “Whistling in the Dark,” “Hands,” and “Ritual Queen”. They all follow the clown aesthetic that’s already quite popular for the upcoming season.

The series also unveiled an interactive website that offers more hints about what’s to come with the new season. Spoiler, there’s plenty more bees and clowns.

But while fans marvel and try to gather the pieces of this new season, and the whole AHS universe, the titles of the first episodes were also revealed.

Starting on Tuesday, Septemeber, 5, which are “Election Night,” “Don’t Be Afraid of The Dark,” Neighbors from The Hell,” and “11/9,” respectively.
