Eminem delivered quite a rant aiming President Trump on Tuesday. The rapper took to the stage at the BET Hip-Hop Awards to call out the US President about some concerning issues.
The BET Hip-Hop Awards were held on Tuesday night, with big winners Cardi B, Kendrick Lamar and DJ Khaled, taking home multiple awards.
Unleashing the storm
Eminem was not one to hold back in his return to the BET Hip-Hop Awards. He delivered a harsh rant to President Trump.
The rapper tore down President Trump and called out racism, hypocrisy and lavish, all in 4-minute rap on Tuesday night.
Eminem opened the four-minute rant with a reference to Trump’s disconcerting “calm before the storm” quip. Before continuing to skewer the president leaving nothing left out.over immigration, corruption, white supremacy, the NFL, gun control, environmental disasters and more.

“He gets an enormous reaction/ When he attacks the NFL so we focus on that and/ Instead of talking Puerto Rico or gun reform for Nevada/ All these horrible tragedies and he’s bored or would rather/ Cause a Twitter storm with the Packers,” he rapped.
“Then says he wants to lower our taxes / Then who’s gonna pay for his extravagant trips / Back and forth with the fam to his golf resorts and mansions?”
In the last few lines, Eminem gave a strong message to fans who may not agree with his points.
“Any fan of mine who’s a supporter of his/ I’m drawing in the sand a line/ You’re either for or against/ And if you can’t decide who you like more and you’re split/ On who you should stand beside/ I’ll do it for you with this.” He then made an obscene gesture to the camera.
This isn’t the first time the artist has aimed his jabs at President Trump. Last year, the rapper released an eight-minute track called ‘Campaign Speech’, which also followed a radio-show freestyle where Eminem lambasted the president and other pop culture figures.

Big winners
The BET Hip-Hop Awards were held just four days after the gala took place in Miami. This year the show was hosted by DJ Khaled and it was quite a night.
Breakout 2017 rapper Cardi B made history once again resulting in the big winner of the night.
The rapper star was nominated for a whopping nine awards. Including Single of the Year, Best New Hip-Hop Artist, and MVP of the Year and Hustler of the Year.
Kendrick Lamar, who triumphed at the latest MTV Video Music Awards, came in a close second taking home four trophies. Followed by DJ Khaled also took home two awards.
