I want a bunny now.
The internet is obsessed with animals. Especially cute ones and cats, since they’re crazy. And why shouldn’t it? Cute animals bring us joy and are able to turn a crappy Monday morning and an average boring office moment into a smile and positive outturn to the day.
Bunnies are one of the most adorable animals of all, and almost everything they do will be incredibly tender for us. With some exceptions of what Bugs Bunny tends to do. Here we have a little fellow that has become an internet sensation after trying yo get some popcorn.
Just look at that fluffy face
His name is Buzz Bunny, a 9-month-old mini lop rabbit who lives in Ealing West London. The video that has become an internet sensation, was posted on his Instagram account, It shows Buzz hopping into a bowl of popcorn and enjoying a bite of the tasty snack.
He’s not letting fame get to his head
But despite becoming famous and bringing joy to the internet the little rabbit has said he’s not going to let the fame go to his head. As another post on his Instagram account stated: “It’s pretty stressful being a big Facebook star, so I’m just chilling today, taking a day off from the limelight, not letting the fame get to my head”
Even though the little big eared guy has turned into a star, he hasn’t changed at all. He replies to hs fans and simply loves chilling out at home. “I’m very friendly and I live free rather than in a cage so I spend most of my time cuddling up with my parents on the sofa, racing around the house or gnawing and ruining everything they own,” Buzz said.
We are not going to see Buzz eating that much popcorn
Sadly Buzz can’t eat popcorn as often as he would like since it’s not the healthiest snack for a rabbit. He even has said that: “I rarely get to eat popcorn because it’s not very good for me if I eat a lot. I’ve only had a few pieces in my life. (…) But as soon as I hear it popping in the microwave I start jumping around the kitchen and I have to be locked away so that I don’t jump into the bowl.”
A pampered bunny
Buzz’s parents India and Lewis, have owned him since he was a little fuzzy ball of only 9 weeks and they decided to open him an Instagram account to share all of his adventures. Aside from popcorn, one of Buzz’s favorite treats is carrots, but he says they are also an occasional treat. “Other favourites are kale and flowers, especially roses.” said Buzz. “I have expensive taste.”
We are glad that Buzz has jumped into fame in the way he did. After all, we would all have reacted the same way if we saw a giant bowl double our side full of popcorn.
