Chris Pratt and Jennifer Lawrence are co-starring a film called “Passengers” and ever since the shooting was over, they started a hilarious Instagram battle with each other. But they took it to another level in a round of “Playground Insults.”
The actors sat down at the BBC Radio 1 studios to compete on who cracks the other one up faster. They were faced against each other and in order to win, they needed to come up with a personal slight that made the other laugh. Every single thing they said was amazing.
They got really personal.
It was almost five minutes of pure insults against each other, but in a good way. You’d think the competition would end really fast since they were about to crack in laughter throughout the entire video, but it was a good thing they didn’t because every mock was better than the other.
There was some tension between them.
The stars were ready to make each other crack up. Jennifer was set to begin and she hit Chris so hard: “You are so falsely strong that if I was given the choice of you or your wife to protect me, I would choose her”.
Pratt hit her back with a simple and strong response.
“Why did they call it Joy?” It was so good, that Lawerence almost looses it. But she put herself together and continued with the battle.
Chris tried to compliment her but it didn’t work.
Jennifer stopped him saying that “You are so stupid that your 3-year-old son probably taught you everything you know,”
She called him dumb twice.
But Chris has some good ones too “How does it feel to be in the stupidest Marvel movie ever?”
They threw some Oscar’s shade.
The hosts were about to loose it. But the battle kept going. “Where do you keep your Oscar?” she said “You were given an Oscar for best actress, you would also get one for being the worst,” he responded. It wasn’t the best joke, but he recovered.
No one ever could have beaten Pratt’s last mock.
She messed up with him calling him old, a bad actor and said some hurtful things about their sex scene, but Chris killed it with his last comment also about their sex scene, he really didn’t hold back “During our sex scene I felt your d*** rubbing me”.
Sorry Jen, you can’t beat Chris nor on Instagram nor on “Playground Insults”.
