Not only she is the complete package of a pretty girl she is also very caring, warm, loving and generous. Due to the fact that she loves to give free hugs to every New Yorkers that passes by.
This makes New York even cooler, obviously. As the furry girl can be seen standing on a street corner in Manhattan’s upscale Chelsea hood improving everyone’s day. Since she gives some of the warmest and happiest hugs we have seen in a while.

Due to her amazing amount of love to give and her hugs Louboutina has become well known in New York. She also is internet famous. Since she is very popular on Instagram.
Her Instagram account has over 13,000 followers. Her owner, Cesar, says that Louboutina loves to give free and loving hugs to strangers and often paws at them too.
