This Chinese Orchestra Decided To Do A Mash-Up Of Your Favorite Disney Songs

We’re having the Princess fever and yes it’s all because of Disney and its live action movies. At least, we’re not the only ones, The TENG Company uploaded a video yesterday of Disney princesses evolution and it’s awesome!

The TENG Company is a Singapore’s musical group that makes pretty sick music that sounds just like angels, using different instruments. Check it!

Evolution of Disney Precesses.

The TENG Company released a video on Sunday of the coolest mash-up of the Disney’s princesses theme songs. Going all the way from Snow White to Frozen, it will melt your heart.

The video shows The TENG Company performing an original mash-up of the princesses theme songs. The guys cover all of them, from the classics Snow White, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, The Little Mermaid, Beauty And The Beast, Aladdin, Pocahontas. Till the more recent ones Mulan, The Princess and the Frog, Tangled, Brave, and Frozen.

Also, the video is quite cool, the guys perform the songs setting in the same place but giving it a different touch for each princess.

The ensemble features Gerald Teo on the cello, Huang Peh Linde on the keyboard, James Fernando on the guitar, Johnny Chia on the guzheng, Samuel Wong on the pipa, and Yang Ji Wei on the sheng which is the Chinese mouth organ.

The guys mix Western instruments and Eastern instruments. The contemporary and the classical and the old and the new. As you can see.

The TENG Company is a nonprofit arts organization. They aim to lead and inspire people to get to know Singaporean music and this way act as a bridge between cultures.
