Alexis Bledel Talks Gilmore Girls With Jimmy Fallon [VIDEO]

Gilmore Girls made a huge comeback this year. The series returned to our screens on Netflix as “Gilmore Girls: A Year In The Life”, although it was set for only four episodes, the revival gave the fans the closure they needed.

Stars Hollow remains the same, only a few things have changed. Fans are as excited as the cast, but the greatest part is that the show gained new fans when they discovered Gilmore Girls this year. Jimmy Fallon talked with Alexis Bledel who plays Rory, one of the main characters in the show and they seemed to get a lot of opinions in common.

Jimmy is a new fan of the show.

The host of The Tonight Show told Bledel that he loves her character, he mocked some of the promotional pictures of the show and they both picked their favorite characters.

Alexis revealed her top 3 characters.

She started with Caesar, he works with Luke. “He is awesome, he runs the place… He’s underrated, he’s amazing”

The second place goes to Babette and Miss Patty.

Sally Struthers and Liz Torres are the actresses she chose. The decision was made because of their on-set antics.

“They were on All in the Family together, they were on the show for years and years, so every time they were on set they would get together and sing show tunes. It was such a raucous day on set every time they were there, so I have to appreciate them.”
