Season 6 finale of American Horror Story, ended with a twist on the story. It seriously left us baffled. Even though we don’t have the answers yet, Ryan Murphy already talked about this upcoming season.
The producer and director revealed the shooting of this new season horror show will start in June. He also told the fans that the season will be about the 2016 elections.
The intrigue is over
We are all having a mix of emotions after Murphy announced the news. During his appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen he talked about the seventh season. Murphy will pull out the inspiration for season 7 straight from last year’s elections.
A big amount of Americans would say that 2016 was basically a horror movie and Murphy is well aware of that, so he explained the series will tackle how Donald Trump defeated former first lady and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
The big Q or T
Cohen didn’t hesitate to ask the Big Question, if there would be a Trump character, to what the producer and director of the FX anthology series answered maybe. Let’s see what the president have to say after this news.
What we do know is that series mainstays Sarah Paulson and Evan Peters have already been confirmed to return.

Not the only ones.
The situation that’s currently living the country, makes at this point, no longer surprising that AHS won’t be the only series to address the presidential election. Black-ish discussed the surprising results in a recent episode and South Park has also covered the election frequently.
