So the year has less than a week left, we are practically in January, which means the award season is about to start, but we have already watched all of those movies, we need something new so it’s time to start thinking of the movies that will see the light in 2017.
Some of them are sequels and some others are brand new, it doesn’t matter, bring them on! I don’t know about you but I tend to get very anxious when it comes to new things, usually my expectations are too high, really hope this isn’t the case, but I already made my list of the movies that I’ll be watching very soon.
10. Justice League.
DC Comics has managed to disappoint us two times this year with Batman vs. Superman and Suicide Squad, this is their chance to redeem themselves and I really hope they do it because they have the most amazing stories and characters but awful movies, please do it right this time, pretty please!
9. The Mummy.
They were doing it a little bit wrong with monsters, but this time they caught our attention with awesome visuals and a story about the actual monster, It seems they are trying to fix what they did in the past. Looking forward to this.
8. Dark Tower.
This is a Stephen King piece taken to the big screen and between the cast, there are two of the best actors in Hollywood, Idris Elba, and Matthew McConaughey.

7. Suburbicon.
This is a dark comedy set in the 50’s directed by George Clooney, and it that’s not exciting enough the cast includes Matt Damon, Julianne Moore, Josh Brolin and Oscar Isaac.

6. The Beauty and the Beast.
The 1991 film was re-made as a living action movie. The shooting was in France and it’s starred by Emma Watson. The movie keeps the essence of the classic Disney film just like the latest remakes.
5. War for the Planet of the Apes.
This movie promises to be a science fiction masterpiece. The third movie of this kind seems to be interesting, remaining fresh and taking the battles to a whole new level.
4. Thor: Ragnarok.
Marvel has proved they know how to make a good story with everything they’ve come up, but Thor movies are the bests, he’s definitely my favorite. But you should be happy since they are releasing three films this year.
3. Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol.2.
I know I just said Thor was the best, but that’s because Guardians of the Galaxy is on another level. This movie seems to be as funny as the first part, with great music and a story that keeps us wondering. AND IT FEATURES BABY GROOT!.
2. Baby Driver.
This action crime thriller film has everybody talking and is written and directed by Edgar Wright so you should definitely watch it.
1. Star Wars Episode VIII, 2017 is the year.
