Drake's New Song With Wizkid Is Officially Out And It Is Out Of This World

On Friday, WizKid released Come Closer featuring Drake as his first single. After teasing fans via social media this week, WizKid delivered the danceable song that’s about to become the summer hit.

Drake and WizKid are definitely a winning combination, and I’m not just talking about the One Dance hit. The new single has thousands of views and downloads in just days.

WizKid and Drake teamed up once more to deliver a catchy song. After the success of their hit One Dance, the artists delivered Come Closer, which is similar to their previous hit and definitely keeps the dancehall influence.

The duo had been working on the collab for quite a while, it was first leaked in January under the name “hush Up the Silence,” and in February Wizkid teased the fans with the track during an episode of OVO Sound Radio.

Most people heard the song when it was first leaked but then Wizkid confirmed this week he would release the official track through a series of social media posts creating us more and more expectations. The duo announced through social media that the new track would go out on Friday 31.

The song is available on Apple Music and Spotify. There’s also a YouTube video of the audio. Prepare to keep singing, “Girl you got that thing, I know / You got the body, I know, You make me sing.”

The song already has over 600k views and that’s not it from WizKid, who also announced he has an upcoming track from noted producer Diplo, which he will release in the next months.
