Michael Moore is one of the greatest filmmakers in the cinematic world. Now he is revealing that his upcoming documentary will be taking on Trump, something that seems logical. As he is also known for his activism and political stands. Where he takes really strong hits on the flaws and contradictions in the U.S. policies, the way of living and politics. So far the documentary was being shot in secret and it will be titled “Fahrenheit 11/9.”
This isn’t his first firing on Trump. He recently delivered “Michael Moore in TrumpLand,” based on a pro-Hillary Clinton one-man show in a Trump stronghold state, previous to the elections. Also, he predicted the outcome of the elections, revealing that the logical showman strategy of Trump was going to lead him to the presidency. Along with obviously his dislike for the now POTUS. Still, according to Moore, his new documentary will “get us out of this mess”.
Moore’s on the bat
Moore has been a critic all he disagrees with the U.S. His various documentaries reveal it. Now he is taking a more current hit on it, bringing back some old guns for his new documentary. The documentary is titled “Fahrenheit 11/9,” paying tribute to two great pieces of denunciating art. Along with a reference to the date in which, Trump won the elections. One, and obviously the dystopian 1953 novel “Fahrenheit 451,” by Ray Bradbury. The other is a “spin-off” tribute to the filmmaker’s most famous work “Fahrenheit 9/11”. In which he took on former President George W. Bush’s so-called War on Terror and the Iraq War due to the 9/11 attack of 2001. The documentary won the Palme d’Or at Cannes and went on to become the highest-grossing documentary of all time with a $222 million worldwide earning.
Still, this won’t be the first criticism that Moore will do on Trump. Since he said in June, months before the election, that the Republican candidate will outcome victorious. As he did a listing of “5 Reasons Why Trump Will Win” on his website. Explaining why the “wretched, ignorant, dangerous part-time clown and full-time sociopath” was going to be the next president. Saying that logic, facts and common sense won’t defeat his craziness. As he wrote “It is happening. And if you believe Hillary Clinton is going to beat Trump with facts and smarts and logic, then you obviously missed the past year of 56 primaries and caucuses were 16 Republican candidates tried that and every kitchen sink they could throw at Trump and nothing could stop his juggernaut.”
So despite he did a previous deep on Trump, with his 2016 “Michael Moore in TrumpLand,” that endorsed up to $149.090 in one night, since the 73-minute film was only played on October 19th in 51 theaters. He hopes this time to actually hurt Trump since he always seems to come out swinging no matter what. “No matter what you throw at him, it hasn’t worked,” stated Moore. “He remains standing. Facts, reality, brains cannot defeat him. Even when he commits a self-inflicted wound, he gets up the next morning and keeps going and tweeting. That all ends with this movie,” Moore said.
