Ed Sheehan, recently performed at the 59th Annual Grammy Awards with “Shape of You,” one of the hits of his third studio album ‘÷’ Divide. The other song that has made everyone go crazy is “Castle On The Hill,” the artist sang it at the BRITs Awards and now we’ll be able to sing it too.
The star has decided to team up with Smule’s Sing. The Karaoke app will be the perfect opportunity to give you a chance to make sweet harmonies with Ed.
Connecting the world
Smule is an app that believes that music is much more than just listening. The App’s objective is to create, share, discover, participate and connect with people. Sheeran knows that and that’s the reason he has joined it previously to allow us to sing his best records. At firs we had the chance to sing along him our favorite ones, “Thinking out loud” and “Photograph,” but now his latest work, “Castle on The Hill,” is there too.
A toast to the great news
Just a day apart from the release of Sheeran’s new album “Divide,” Mules gave us the great news that we’d be able to sing “Castle on The Hill,” by using the app. On march 2, the app allowed users to start singing alone Ed one of the songs that we have been listening trough the whole Awards Season.
Thanks to his GF
A fun fact of “Divide” is that one of the songs was completely forgotten by ED, I’m talking about “How Do You Feel,” he wrote it for his Girlfriend while she was going to the airport. “When the album was finished, I asked her what her favorite song was and she said ‘You’ve forgotten it exists’ and then sent it to me and I quickly recorded it and put it on. It was a really fast turnaround,” the artist claimed.
