The Alien: Covenant Trailer Is Here And It Will Leave You Wanting More

The Wait Is Almost Over

There are movies that are just classics. They’ve mark generations, passing from one to another after becoming part of the pop culture. And it seems that this year the movie industry decided to simply inject some fresh blood to many of this franchises. Being one of the high points Star Wars and the Star Trek anniversary.

So since we are keeping on the sci-fi gender and the classic movies the industry has brought another chapter of the Alien saga. It keeps the horror of the classic films, as well with the fear of being alone and out in space facing a strange creature.

It is coming.

Covenant trailer is here so that means the movie is as well, something that the sci-fi saga fans have been waiting for. Ridley Scott will direct the film written by John Logan. The sneak peaks show us some really tense scenes that filled us with anxiety and horror but yet leaves us wondering what is going on.

The missed link.

The movie is a prequel to the Alien movie series, it’s the sixth movie released of the entire series. It’s also the sequel from the 2012 film Prometheus. It will be the third movie of the franchise that will be directed by Ridley Scott.

The mission.

For what we know of the plot is that in the crew of the colony ship Covenant thinks that they have found a paradise on a far away planet in the galaxy. But what the crew found is a dark and dangerous world, whose only inhabitant is the survivor of the doomed Prometheus expedition, David played by Michael Fassbender.

The victims.

The film will count with a cast full of stars. Michael Fassbender, Noomi Rapace, and Guy Pearce, who will all return from their previous roles in Prometheus. The saga there will have some new talents like James Franco, Danny McBride, Demián Bichir and Katherine Waterson.

The waiting game.

The film premieres on May 19th of 2017. We can only wait for it, something a bit harder for the die-hard fans. The thing that catches our attention the most was the capacity of Fassbender to give that bad guy vibes.
