Alessia Cara Perfectly Impersonates Nicki Minaj, Lorde And Nicki Minaj [VIDEO]

Alessia Cara and Jimmy Fallon got together on Friday when the star appeared on The Tonight Show. The singer delivered a crazy and good impersonation of Ariana Grande, Nicki Minaj, and Lorde while playing one of Jimmy’s little games.

Playing with the “Wheel of Musical Impressions.”

Cara and Fallon played a couple of rounds of ” a game called Wheel of Musical Impressions,” where they both have to give their best performance of another artist with a random song. They both delivered pretty awesome impersonations and nailed the challenge. The video already has almost 2 million views.

Challenge accepted.

The 20-year-old Canadian singer nailed the host’s challenge while playing “Wheel of Musical Impressions.” In the game, they had to make random musical impressions of a singer on a random song, such a nursery songs or jingle bells.

In the first round, Alessia sang the nursery school “Skidamarink” on Ariana Grande’s voice. Then Jimmy made an impression of Sting singing the Empire Carpet jingle.

She got better in the second round

Alessia delivered a crazy talented impression of Nicki Minaj signing the theme song of The Fresh Prince of Bel Air. The 20-year-old previously excused herself but then nailed the impersonation. Fallon then sang “Eeny, Meeny, Miny, Moe” as Axl Rose.

Finally, Alessia performed a perfect impression of Lorde singing “Baa Baa Black Sheep.” The singer evoked Lorde’s hand gestures and dark style and nailed the impressions game once more.

Debuting on SNL

Alessia appeared for the first time on The Tonight Show during last year’s summer. This time the singer returned to discuss her SNL debut. The singer also discussed how much she’d like to voice an animated movie.Alessia is part of Moana’s soundtrack list, she sang the movie’s song “How Far I  Go”. Alessia is debuting on SNL as a musical guest on Saturday the 4.
