Miss World 2000 Priyanka Chopra Celebrates Holi With Jimmy Fallon

This week the Indian singer, actress, producer and winner of the 2000 Miss Univers attended to The Tonight Show. After starting the show, Priyanka Chopra told Jimmy she was feeling homesick so the host took care of it.

The star seemed to be feeling a lot better since Fallon created a little Holi Festival for her. Jimmy brought a tray of paint and a couple of typical drinks and then the both painted each other’s faces.

What is Holi about?

The Indian Star explained to Fallon that Holi is the Hindu festival of evoking spring. It’s about “celebrating spring, triumph good over evil and it’s just a big party with lots of colors,” Chopra explained.

Jimmy wanted to know more about it. The Indian actress added that there are other elements involved in that party. “There’s crazy music and they have like this special drink made of milk and almonds and magical substances which make you enjoy the colors a lot more,” she joked about it.

They had the main ingredients for a happy Holi.

Jimmy wanted to have a special gift for Priyanka of her homesickness. The producers gave Fallon the main ingredients so he could celebrate the Holi with the 2000 Miss World winner like they were in India. Fallon surprised Chopra with a tray of paint and the famous drink, but without the magical substances.

Chopra was feeling homesick.

The Tonight Show host, Jimmy Fallon claimed that on the show everyone loves Chopra so they did not want her to feel homesick. “I thought that it would be fun if I just painted your face,” Jimmy said so Chopra answered saying “yeah I wanna go in, you can paint my face, do it.”

The two seemed to have a great time since both of them ended up with their faces painted but also with smiles on them.
