Fans of the popular male group NSYN thought the chances of a reunion were over,  after more than a decade of suffering without a response from the group, their hopes were lost.

There was an official break up?

The first five years were really confusing for everybody, following Timberlake’s announcement on leaving the band, NSYNC announced an indefinite hiatus in 2002. That year the band had one of their last public appearances at the Grammys and then, we had to wait until 2007 when, also Bass, confirmed the group had “definitely broken up.”

In 2013, they appeared in the VMAs as a reunion where they sang a couple of songs that filled a little the void that had left their separation in our hearts.

Homies for life

Even though NSYNC haven’t appeared together professionally since 2002 Grammys, Bass said they still keep in contact every day via a group text chain, adding that Justin Timberlake, JC Chasez, Chris Kirkpatrick, Joey Fatone and of course himself, would be reunited this year for the special project.
