The Cyrus Family Gets Down For A Carpool Karaoke

Miley, Noah, Billy And The Rest Of The Cyrus Clan Hopped On The Mini Van To Sing And Dance

The Cyrus family reunited for the new episode of ‘Carpool Karaoke: The Series.’ In the Apple’s spin-off of James Corden show, the family sings the hits of some of its members. And you’ll love it.

Miley isn’t the only Cyrus releasing a new album this year. Earlier this week, Billy Ray Cyrus announced he’s releasing a new album ‘ Set The Record Straight’ on November 10.

Family that sings together, stays together

Apple Music’s spin-off of James Corden‘s successful ‘Carpool Karaoke‘ got all the Cyrus glam and style this week when the Cyrus family reunited on its latest episode.

Miley, her dad, Billy Ray, along with her mum Tish, sisters Noah and Brandi, and brothers Trace and Braison, all hopped in a Cadillac SUV to croon some of their biggest hits for the show.

They went all the way back to 1992, when Billy Ray Cyrus lit up the country and pop charts with his ‘Achy Breaky Heart,’ by piling his family into a minivan for a run at that extremely memorable tune. And they were dolled up in mullet wigs, bandanas and more to groove to their daddy’s hit, as you can see in the teaser.

They also jammed to Bruno Mars’ ’24K Magic’ and family’s hits such as Metro Station’s, of which Trace is a member, ‘Shake It’ and Miley‘s ‘Party in the USA.’ And they took adorable family photos.

New album coming

‘Achy Breaky Heart’ coincidentally turned 15 years recently. The song became Billy Ray Cyrus signature song as it was his debut single from 1992’s ‘Some Gave All.’

The song hit No. 4 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and topping the Hot Country Songs chart. It was also the first country song to be certified platinum by the RIAA since “Islands in the Stream” by Kenny Rogers and Dolly Parton in 1983.

It’s also one of the 15 songs featuring on Billy Ray’s upcoming album, ‘Set The Record Straight,’ which is set to release on November 10.

The album features collaborations with Joe Perry, George Jones, Loretta Lynn, Bryan Adams, Glenn Hughes, Jencarolos Canela and Miley Cyrus.

Billy Ray announced the news on Monday, sharing his excitement.

“I’m so excited to share this collection of music. These are some of my favorite songs. Some are new and have been an intricate part of ‘Still the King’ story lines.”

“There are some collaborations with my musical heroes and a special tribute to one of my greatest influences of all time.”
