She was born in France in 1955 and grew up on the Island of Corsica. She’s now based in Malibu, California.

The 61-year-old is also a visual artist and self-portrait photographer, and she’s proving that age is just a number.

Rossi has captured worldwide attention with these pictures. These are part of a swimsuit collection and stand out for the fact that are not the usual swimwear advertisings.

Rossi collaborated with the online shop The Dreslyn, and a lingerie house called Land of Women for this collection.
Breaking the stereotype.
For starters, their model is a mature woman, which we don’t usually see on these ads, and also the pictures are quite artistic and not at all sexualized.
Exactly what they wanted!
Dreslyn founder Brooke Taylor Corcia wanted to bring some focus to women in a different way. He wanted them to feel identified by the collection rather than objectified by it.

This way he came up with the idea of portraying in the photoshoot a simple yet raw collection, and what better way than showing a mature beautiful woman.

Dreslyn chose Rossi for the collection because he considers she radiates health and vitality.

Dreslyn describes the line as “all about being a person who’s well-lived and well-traveled and has intelligence and confidence, and letting that shine through.”
