Syrian Girl Thanks J.K. Rowling For Her ‘Harry Potter’ Books

This Is The Sweetest

Bana Alabed a Syrian girl that lives in Aleppo, where the war conflict is currently developing, can now escape from war and get into the Harry Potter world, thanks to J.K Rowling.

The 7 years-old girl has been updating about the war, and on Monday her mother tweeted to J.K Rowling wanting to know about the book. After they watch a Harry Potter movie. Rowling kindly responded and finally managed to send an ebook to the little girl who now can’t hide her joy.  Heartwarming.

This is the tweet Fatemah, Bana’s mom tweeted, and J.K response:

People came together to give ideas to Rowling and help Bana.

On Thursday Bana shared a video thanking J.K for helping her reading the magical story.

Now Bana can’t stop reading Harry Potter, and her brothers are caught up in the story too.

And J.K is happy to share the magic.
