The add is from Filipino telecommunications company Globe, in association with Disney Southeast Asia. They have been partners for a while now. And have produced an incredible and emotional campaign using Star Wars as a theme. Besides some of the scenes are able to drive any Star Wars fan crazy.

The reason.

The add is part of Globe’s #Create campaign, that promotes and protects the rights of all girls and young women in the region. We can appreciate it with how a shy girl wears a Stormtrooper helmet to school to hide a disability. For sure the guys of Dinsey know how to make us all weep.

Globe is not only using the muscle that Disney and Star Wars give to this beautiful story. But they’re offering a chance to win a trip to Florida for a full Star Wars experience: events, movie tickets, and tons of merch. All of this ahead of the new Star Wars film’s premiere on December 15th.
