‘Crash Bandicoot’ Is Getting Remastered And Will Be Out In June

Get Ready Gamers

Nostalgy is an odd feeling. That tells you everything in the past was better. Music, games, TV shows, movies, art and so on. That is kind  of the point of “Midnight in Paris.” As it seems that in recent years the world has been pretty nostalgic.

Besides the birth of hipsters and the millennial generation trends. In recent years many things, particularly the ones from the 90’s have been coming back. Pokemon Go brought the franchise back to the gaming world, Blink 182 released a new cd, Trainspotting 2 is coming soon and so on.

Bandicoot is back.

One of the most epic games anyone played in the 90’s was Crash Bandicoot. As it features a crazy bandicoot named Crash, that for many of us looked like a dog or a fox, in his adventures against Dr. Neo Cortex and Dr. Nitrus Brio.

The epic game was originally developed by Naughty Dog but now it’s being remastered by the gaming company Vicarious Vision, that belongs to Activision. On February 16th, Activision announced on their twitter page that Crash Bandicoot will be on our consoles again.

The re-released.

The remastered Crash Bandicoot N. Sale Trilogy will be launch on June 30th of this year. It is estimated that it will cost around $40. Logically the Playstation iconic game will be available for the PlayStation 4 and the N.Sane Trilogy will be perfect for the nostalgic lovers of the original games from the franchise.

Since the N.Sane Trilogy series will include a remake of the first three games: Crash Bandicoot, Crash Bandicoot: Cortex Strikes Back and Crash Bandicoot: Warped. This is something that fans and even the creators of the game, Andy Gavin and Jason Rubin, have been talking about and waiting for a long time.

The gaming experience.

There are few things that we really know about the remake of Crash. But obviously many things will stay the same. Since who would dare to change perfection? As the guys from Vicarious Visions, stick to used the original games’ level geometry. But to bring back the game to modern days the gameplay has been rebuilt from scratch.

Introducing some new features. Like a unified checkpoint and save system (including manual and auto-saving), and unified menu system. Also, there will be time trials available for each game.
