She actually got the platinum pixie cut weeks ago, and people precipitated to make comparisons between the singer and stars such as Miley Cyrus, and even Michelle Williams. But on April 20, Perry took her Instagram to share the ultimate celebrity matching look and posted a photo of herself alongside the Food Network personality Guy Fieri
Perry put an effort on the celebration of the National Look-Alike Day
We all know where most of our festive mood went on April 20. But the date also marks “National Look-Alike Day”, and Perry took the chance to celebrate both, and even making up her own, brand-new holiday, the “Never Getting Laid Day”, as the caption of the photo reads: “happy #420, #nationallookalikeday and now #nevergettinglaidday @guyfieri.” Fieri has not said anything about that last hashtag yet.
To match the looks of the host of shows like ‘Diners,’ ‘Drive-Ins and Dives’ and ‘Guy’s Grocery Games’, the singer paid attention to his most characteristic details: stiff spikes of her –maybe too much– bleach-blonde hair, and a pair of huge sunglasses. She even imitated his pose for a full-twin result.
Perry is known for her ever-changing looks. Actually, one of her nicknames is “hair chameleon”, constantly chopping and dying it, from red to blue to purple to black, and now, platinum blonde.
Actress Laura Dern also joined the National Look-Alike Day festivities, posting a photo of herself on her Dr. Ellie Sattler times, alongside comedian Bo Burnham. Nevertheless, she needs to put more energy if she wants to reach Perry’s standards.
