Julia Stiles Announced She's Pregnant And Happy!

A picture of Julia Stiles showing a baby bump appeared on Twitter in early Monday and fans are reeling. Annick Muller, Julia’s rep, confirmed the happy news on Tuesday. This is her first child with fiance Preston Cook.

Some moms to be put a lot of effort into making the perfect pregnancy announcement. Others go totally chill. And Julia Stiles is totally one of the latest.The actress gave the most low-key pregnancy announcement on Monday, during an appearance on ‘Magic in the Morning show’.

After the show, in which she made no mention of her pregnancy, radio host Nick Snaith shared a photo with the actress and you could easily notice her baby bump. On Tuesday, her representative confirmed the news to People. This is the first child for Julia and her fiancé, Preston J. Cook.

The couple met in 2015 on the set of the movie ‘Go With Me’, where Cook was working on the production team as a camera assistant. They got engaged on Christmas Eve of that year while spending the holidays in Isla Grande, Colombia.

She hasn’t yet taken on the role of “bride” yet. So that’s something she and Cook are probably looking forward to.

The baby bump doesn’t go unnoticed

The happy news of the upcoming bundle broke during the promotion of Julia’s latest project Riviera. Which is a 10 part miniseries by the UK channel Sky Atlantic,

Julia plays the role of a woman whose husband is mysteriously killed in a yacht explosion, and she’s left to discover the dark secrets of the lavish world he left behind. The show is set to premiere in the UK on June 15. And it’s unclear whether it will be broadcast or not in the U.S.

According to Metro UK, even Stiles doesn’t know how the series will end, because they’ve shot multiple endings. So you can bet it’s going to get some buzz.

Julia is currently in the promotion of this series and visited the show This Morning. While the actress didn’t let much slip about her pregnancy during the chat on the show, hosts Holly and Phil did offer their best wishes at the start of the interview, as a clearly delighted Julia lovingly cradled her bump.

Recently, Julia appeared in a movie called The Drowning. She has also made TV appearances on Inside Amy Schumer and The Mindy Project as well.
