Gwen Stefani celebrated her birthday with a Barbie-themed party and so much love. The singer’s day kicked off with boyfriend’s Blake Shelton big love demonstrations, a cool birthday party and huge diamond rings.

The beginning of a great birthday
Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani are here to remind everybody that love is real.
When country crooner Shelton wished his pop-star girlfriend a happy 48th birthday on Tuesday, she responded by candidly thanking him for saving her life.
“Happy Birthday @gwenstefani!!! Why don’t you go ahead and NEVER break my heart!!!!” wrote Shelton.
To make the message even more adorable, Shelton is currently using the cover of Stefani’s upcoming Christmas album, ‘You Make It Feel Like Christmas,’ as his profile pic.
Stefani replied in the same adorable fashion, adding heart emojis for good measure.
This is the second time for Gwen Stefani to be celebrating her birthday with the country crooner and The Voice coach.
The two began dating after their very high-profile divorces with their respective partners, Gavin Rossdale and Miranda Lambert, in 2015.
After months of pubic flirtations and rumors, they both confirmed that they were an official couple in November that year. Since then, they have adorably flaunted their romance both on the set of The Voice and on social media.
And since that, the musical lovebirds have inspired couple goals pretty much nonstop since they first revealed they were an item later that year.
In fact, last June, Shelton moved TODAY host Hoda Kotb to tears when he gushed about life with his special lady.
“We’re just content and happy, and it’s just an incredible feeling,” Shelton said of Stefani. “She’s my best friend.”

Cool Barbie party and huge diamonds
Gwen took to Instagram to give fans and followers a glimpse of the gifts and treats she was showered with on her special day. And yes, those include roses, doughnuts, and cakes.
Gwen Stefani’s special day actually started with a low-key, Barbie-themed birthday bash at home, as seen on her Instagram Stories posts. The singer shared clips of the gifts she received from friends–donuts, pink and white roses, and a bunch of Barbie balloons.
But Blake didn’t stop there and certainly went all out to make sure that Gwen Stefani felt like a queen on her birthday.
The country singer reportedly surprised his girlfriend with a vintage Cartier collar necklace with a total of 12.50 karats of diamonds set in 18k white gold. Gwen was reportedly so thrilled upon receiving her boyfriend’s lavish gift that she had to “fight back tears.”
Blake Shelton’s expensive gift didn’t come as a surprise, as the lovers are fond of spoiling each other.
For Blake’s 41st birthday in June, Gwen reportedly gave her beau a vintage pocket watch worth $30,000. According to Hollywood Life, the watch is around 200 years old and is a valuable collector’s item.
The duo spent three seasons working on The Voice together, where Blake is a mainstay coach.
Although Gwen is no longer part of the show, it’s cute how the couple still actively supports each other’s professional lives.
On her social media accounts, Gwen has been promoting Blake’s new single, ‘I’ll Name the Dogs.’ In turn, Blake has changed his profile pic on Twitter to Gwen’s Christmas album cover.
On being a big family
Shelton recently opened up about how special it was to bring Stefani and her entire family to Oklahoma for the opening of his new restaurant, Ole Red, last week.
“It’s been a lot of fun for me to be the one to get to expose them to this — out in the country,” Shelton said.
“They love it so much, her entire family. And when I say her family, I mean all of them. I’m talking about the kids, the mom, the dad, the brother.”
“There are times when we’ve had holiday gatherings. I’m talking about 30-plus family members from her side, from my side,” he added.
Shelton and Stefani celebrated the opening of Ole Red in Tishomingo, Oklahoma, on Friday. They performed an intimate show benefiting local non-profit J.C. Reaching Out, which provides support for seriously ill members of the community. The concert raised $32,000 in donations.
Blake’s comments on being a big family come just when pregnancy rumors have been surrounding the couple for months now.
Shelton has been a father figure in the lives of Stefani’s three boys Kingston, Zuma, and Apollo. According to reports, the couple is now trying to have a child of their own.
Reports claim that Stefani took a pregnancy test this past summer and found out that she was expecting after a round of IVF treatments. However, after a seeing a doctor, it was discovered that she wasn’t pregnant. The couple is reportedly still excited about having a baby, though.
