Mobile phones are more popular than ever. Of course, Smartphones are now much more than a simple communication accessory, they’ve become an essential tool, an endless source of entertainment and a must-have fashion accessory.

We’ve whipped up a list of our top choices for caseface.ie available today from fun to downright weird.
“Phone” Phone Case
Sadly, many of the people reading this may never have had the opportunity to use the technical marvel that was the original household telephone. For those who have, however, this is an awesome way to recapture the glory days when phones were phones and nothing more. Nostalgia much?
Nokia 3310 Case
We’re throwing it back again only this time, we’re not throwing it back quite so far. This time we’re going back to the ’90s when polyphonic ringtones and snake were the Snapchats and Instagram’s of the day. If you’re lucky enough to remember this fine piece of equipment, you’ll no doubt want to pick up this awesome case to remind you of the simpler times. Snake not included, unfortunately.
For all you cool cats and kittens out there, this one’s definitely got the “wow factor”. Imagine taking this bad boy out and leaving it on the table at the next board meeting. Not quite sure about the practicality of this one however as it seems like it might be quite uncomfortable to have in your pocket – but we didn’t compile this list for practicality.
Spraytect Pepper Spray Case (No, really)
Had enough of your annoying co-worker? Mother in law getting you down? Well, simply pull out your phone and give them a nice calming dose of pepper spray. This case is named the “Spraytect” and was developed by a safety conscious father who seemed to realize that most people are never without their phone, so why not turn it into a security device. And that’s just what he did. The device features a detachable pepper spray canister that clips onto a plain white hard plastic case. Just hope it doesn’t go off accidently when you’re taking a group photo.
Remember the Swiss army knife? That handy little tool that had an attachment for just about everything. Well, now we’ve got the Swiss army phone. The TaskOne packs 22 handy tools into a surprisingly slim profile. It’s got a sawblade, knife, bottle opener, pliers and a screwdriver to name but a few. So, if you know a rugged outdoors person, then stick this on the Christmas list.
We’ve seen some pretty interesting cases so far but this incredibly detailed Bandai Batmobile takes the proverbial cake. This ultra-realistic small scale replica of the caped crusaders crime fighting vehicle features working lights, an opening canopy and a real functional bat signal which is projected from the rear turbine. Cool factor aside, this case does actually add some protection to your phone although I might be more worried about damaging the case than the phone it’s protecting in this instance,
We have no idea where of even if you can purchase this case anymore but there is a modern version available moulded off the most recent tumbler in the Dark Knight series on Amazon. Retailing at the princely sum of $130, this is probably better suited for the collectable category.
3D Food Cases
As weird as they are wonderful, these 3D phone cases are every foodies dream come true. Available with a whole host of culinary delights on the back, these tasty phone cases are sure to draw attention. You can opt for an ultra-realistic slice of toast with cream cheese or choose a nice piece of fried chicken, there is an option for everybody.
