A moment that for many never should happen has finally occurred. As Inauguration Day to make Donald Trump the official president of the United States of America already happened. Something that started as a joke to some of us, is now the hardest truth.
As Trump has not done anything yet as a president for many is already the worst president the U.S. has ever had. Terrifying many with his campaign promises. But the polemic and bold of the newest U.S.A. president have also worked as a catalyzer to those who hate him. As they’re so unreal they seem like jokes took out from South Park.
White Lies and Trump do match.
For many, Trump ascending to power marks the beginning of the end. For others is the start of endless sketches and jokes. That is the case of Jimmy Kimmel, who simply has decided to laugh out of the chaos. By creating a false news called Lie Witness News.
As, by the moment of the video, Inauguration Day haven’t taken place yet. Or had it? Well, it seems the average American citizen didn’t know this despite all the buzz around it. As Kimmel and his crew exploit the blessings of ignorance.
Fakely informed.
The crew decided to inform the American citizens. By asking other fellow compatriots how they thought Donald Trump was doing on his first day at the Oval Office. Something that was going to happen few days after the interviews were done.
But the fact that the interviewed ones didn’t have a clue of what was going on didn’t stop them from replying. As they answered really “complex” questions about inner politics and presidential actions.
What was the question?
As all this really “involved in politics people” answered. It seems funny to us, and the audience of the show, that they didn’t wonder about if this questions were real or not. As it seems that Trump’s campaign did a real good job of convincing people he is capable of anything.
To the point where the interviewer lady asked about: “the new strip pole Trump had installed in the Oval Office, that he will only hire staff that are a 9 or above, a video in where he runs over with a bulldozers Michelle Obama’s vegetables garden, and even one where he lights on fire the constitution.”
Are you for real?
The funniest part of all is not the fact that people adventure to answer this weird questions. Or the fact that this where created and asked questions. But to see people not react to them and even participate. By recommending and stating their “well-informed” opinions about politics.
Besides none of this was truth. By that time Trump wasn’t yet the president. It’s gonna be a long 4 years with Trump in charge, especially because this made out questions all seem likely to become true. As well as the badly informed voter. That in occasions supported the fake actions of Trump on the interview.
The voice of reason-ish.
The video is pretty hysterical. As we have said before the questions are pretty damn good, these people are tenacious enough to answer them even though they’re fake and the lack of reaction makes the whole thing like an episode of South Park.
But there is one guy on the interviews that makes the whole sketch backfire. As he replies with actual reasonable and good proposals of how to improve the country. He still falls for the fact that the questions are fake. But that is a true citizen, so we really are going to take a minute and applaud the guy with the red scarf. That truly took us all by surprise.
