Crème Caramel is a film by CANADA, an audiovisual production company founded in 2008 in Barcelona- Spain. The film, which is the 3rd one of #DefineBeauty, consists of an innocent dessert turned sexual.
The film is set on a retro machine, with 70’s colors and clothing. It has a female voice narrating the whole thing and it deconstructs the female anatomy in something very sensual. It compares the breast of the lead actress with a crème caramel.
“We were thinking of a metaphor that represents the heterosexual male view of the female body: something sweet, tender and beautiful—a crème caramel,” says Serrano, the director.
