Mom’s Moment Of Surprise Captured After Giving Birth To A Boy

Imagine learning that your upcoming baby is not the sex it was supposed to be the day you give birth. Well, that’s exactly what happened to this Californian couple, who patiently waited for who they thought would be her second daughter, and got the surprise of their lives.

Kim and Travis Guiley got the sweetest shock of their lives when they delivered their new baby and found out it was a boy and not a girl as they were expecting. The funny thing is that even when they were waiting for a girl, they were hoping for a son. Such a nice surprise!

During the pregnancy, the couple refused to know the baby’s sex, but Kim had reasons to believe it was a girl. The pregnancy was a bit sickish one which is usually a sign of baby girls and also her “2-year-old daughter thought it was a girl. I had all these silly reasons.”

Kim said “I opened his legs and was just shocked. I mean, you saw the look on my face — you can’t make up that look.” Susannah Gill captured the whole moment, and the result is hilarious.

The couple not only captured the delivery, but Kim also blogged everything about her pregnancy. In the blog, she explains that part of the decision of not know the baby’s sex. She said because she had a miscarriage in 2015, she wanted to focus on having a healthy baby.
