Mexican Food Is One Of The Sexiest Foods Ever Made In The Whole Continent, Enjoy.

There’s something especial about Mexican food. I don’t know whether it’s the cheese or the amazing condiments they use but it’s something else and I think everyone can agree with me here, Mexican food is THE BOMB.

Even though probably there’s not a soul on this planet who doesn’t know what a quesadilla or tacos are, there are a lot of dishes who fly very low under the radar and we are here to enlighten your life with these amazing food

1. Let’s start with Nopalitos. They are made with diced nopales, or pretty much a part of a cactus. They are used in salads with tomato, green onions, and cheese. They taste like heaven.

2. Elote or Corn on the cob are sold in Mexico like street food usually cover in cheese, butter, sour cream, chili, salt. If this isn’t an ideal food to go I don’t know what is.

3. Chilaquiles are basically fried tortilla with toppings like chicken, cheese and a lot more, it may not look like a pizza but I bet you it tastes a lot better.

4. Noodles with clams, they can be cooked in a soup or dry, either way, they’re delicious. They are cooked in a tomato-based sauce and with a lot of cilantro for that extra flavor, and of course the cheese.

5. Flautas or taquitos are very well known, it consists of fried tortillas stuffed with chicken or meat and a lot of cheese and also guacamole, they top them with various salsas.

6. Sopes are made with corn flour dough or masa and they look a lot like tortillas but are a bit thicker, they are topped with guacamole, beans, meat or chicken along with salsas and lettuce and of course, like almost every Mexican dish, cheese is also included.

7. This dish is traditionally made with goat meat or mutton, Birria is a very popular stew in Mexico and it’s usually topped with onions, cilantro, and tortillas made with corn.

8. There are also a lot of sauces which conquers our hearts but Mole or more specifically mole poblano is one of the best, they are made with chocolate, yes chocolate, and chili peppers.

9. Tamales, filled with various meats or it could be chicken with cheese and veggies. They’re wrapped in corn husks and steamed.

10. Pancita or menudo is a soup made with beef stomach in a chili based broth and they add them some dried maize kernels for some extra crunch.

11. Now something you’ve probably tasted before, tostadas are one of the most popular dishes made with fried tortillas and an infinite of toppings you can add.

12. Torta ahogada, a salsa-drowned sandwich, it’s VERY spicy because the salsa is chili pepper based.
