Lawrence replied with a : “I mean, for him. Shout out to Dream Team — you know who you are.”

Further talking about the incident, Lawrence said, “I was drunk, which is rare. This guy asked me for a selfie and I was like, ‘No. Thank you. No.’ He was like, ‘Please! My girlfriend will never believe me.’ My friend was like, ‘If your girlfriend won’t believe you then she’s not the one.”

Lawrence and her friend told him to “just go away”, however, he didn’t like their reply.

“He goes, ‘Yeah? F**k you!’ And…I don’t know. Something in me just snapped — but it couldn’t have been the alcohol,” the 27-year-old actress said.

“I was like, ‘Did you just say f**k you to me? I grabbed him and I started dousing him, all over him,” she added.

Hard time coping with fame

The actress became globally recognized for playing heroine Katniss Everdeen in the hit franchise ‘Hunger Games.’ But she said she was “terrified” the day after the first film came out in 2012 when she suddenly found herself being followed by photographers and recognized on the street.

Jennifer said she rushed home and locked herself inside to try and process the change in her life.

“The day ‘The Hunger Games’ came out was a bizarre one for me because I wasn’t famous 24 hours earlier and I got up to go about my day as usual and went to the grocery store,” she said while speaking to The Daily Telegraph newspaper.

“All of a sudden there were 25 paparazzi following me and there was a three-car pile-up. I was terrified. I went home and locked myself in the house.”

“I couldn’t really process anything. Then my doorbell rang and my friends were there with wine and vodka and the things I needed. They came in and we all watched TV and had a normal day, so that was nice,” she added.

Jennifer’s latest film with Darren Aronofsky left her in shock

Jennifer Lawrence talked about her new film ‘mother!,’ in which the Oscar-winning star plays an unnamed woman whose life with her husband is thrown into terrifying chaos when uninvited visitors arrive at their house. The movie, directed by Aronofsky, involves a scene where she hyperventilates heavily and the actress accidentally tore her diaphragm

“I had trouble calming down and coming back after he called cut,” she said. “I’ve always been fine snapping out of it, but I’ve never had to go this dark before. I kind of lost control of myself. I tore my diaphragm and popped my chest rib out.” She added: “I don’t know if I’d ever work with Darren again.”

The star said that she was rattled when she saw the film on second viewing. “It really shook me,” she admitted. “I pulled him in the bathroom” – she said of Aronofsky – “and was like, ‘What have we done?'” Aronofsky liked that his film has been generating discussion. “I think what’s exciting about the movie is that it’s open for interpretation,” he said.

The actress also shared her views on climate change and nabbed President Donald Trump.

Jennifer spoke about her homeland, the president and even touched on climate change as she revealed she found it “scary” that some of her fellow Americans could ignore science.

“It’s scary. This new language that’s forming I don’t even recognize it,” she said when asked about the current state she finds the US in.

Asked about the general state of the United States itself, she revealed she found the atmosphere fostered by the current political conflict between Trump and his detractors “polarising and upsetting”
