Halsey is putting an end to her battle with endometriosis. The singer decided to go through surgery to finish the physical pain that’s been following her for the past few years. A picture from the 22-year-old at the hospital made her fans know she’s doing well and can’t wait to get better.
The “Closer” interpreter was diagnosed with the disease after suffering from chronical pain for years. Halsey shared her conditions to her supporters last year, and now we are catching up on how her treatment is going.
The surgery is finished.
Halsey shared a picture on Instagram from her hospital bed saying everything’s going well. Although the pop star shared she’s still in pain from the procedure, it was necessary since the endometriosis causes her a severe pain and inflammation outside the uterus, this could lead nausea, fatigue, and even infertility.
Her fans make her stronger.
Recovering from a surgery is hard, but having the support of her followers is making everything easier for the singer. “But in my recovery, I am thinking of all of you and how you give me the strength and stamina to power through and prosper. If you suffer from chronic pain or a debilitating disease please know that I have found time to live a crazy, wild, rewarding life AND balance my treatment and I hope so much in my heart that you can too. I’m gonna be off the map for a few days but please know even if I’m not on social media I am thinking of you,” she captioned.
We can’t wait to have her back on stage.
Halsey is known for killing it on her performances. She made everyone flip out when she sang “Closer” among The Chainsmokers. Even though her career started in 2014 she’s already one of most listened artists of the moment, being nominated for a Grammy Award this year.
Her fans are wishing her the best.
She’s been so lovely for sharing her experience that her fans are showing some appreciation. Some even shared their own path suffering the illness.
