Have you ever felt like the things people from TV shows do like CSI or NCIS is pretty cool? To participate in what solves the mystery surrounding a crime. Getting the clues, the weapon and all those little things that complete the bigger puzzle picture.
Well, a guy in Australia thought that and try to actively participate with his local police department. Just like every good citizen would do. But his way of helping was way more funny than useful…
Helpless.
A man in Queensland, Australia handed the Police at the Maroochydore station, a fundamental piece of evidence.
Bagged and tagged.
The evidence? A dead jellyfish, that he believed that was a prosthetic implant from “someone who may have been murdered or drowned”. The jellyfish was “bagged and tagged¨ according to the Queensland Police department, they uploaded multiple photos of the jellyfish on Friday.
I helped!
The man was given a receipt by police after he asked them to seize the “implant”. But hey at least he tried. And just look the priceless face of the officer in charge of this dramatic case. She had a blast with it.
