Gene Wilder was one of the most amazing actors in history. I can personally say he was a huge part of my childhood. Not only he gave us a lifetime worth of memories, but he taught us more than we could ever be able to thank.
The Willy Wonka protagonist enjoyed comedy, acting and most of all, he loved his wife deeply. Blazing Saddles, Young Frankenstein, and The Producers are one few of the productions he starred in, shining as bright as most of us will ever dream. Will and Grace was his last acting debut, as he appeared in a series of episodes back in 2003. Funny About Love and Silver Streak also got to have a cast member as good as Gene.
Wilder also enjoyed writing and wrote a memorable collection of novels as he wrote a memoir, Kiss Me Like a Stranger: My Search for Love and Art, that was published in 2005.

Alzheimer’s Disease took over him in 1989 and he’d been struggling with some complications.
