Introversion is a term that describes people whose thoughts and even actions are directed inward. An introverted person is usually quiet and enjoys time on their own. Some might confuse it with shyness but it’s actually a pshycologically proven fact that it is not a rejection of people but a different way to appreciate the world.

What you probably didn’t know is that there is more than one type of introversy. Thinking introversion, social introversion, restrained introversion and anxious introversion are the four types of personalities that merge to produce the general definition. It’s important to know that some people might even be more than one type as they cover different parameters.
