Ryan Gosling’s Golden Globe Acceptance Speech Will Bring You To Tears

Last night the Golden Globes were on, and while you probably witnessed the awesomeness of Ryan Goslin, some mere mortals haven’t. He gave a speech that probably broke the internet while making some people cry.

As you probably know, he’s married to Eva Mendes, with whom he has two beautiful daughters. And being both actors they know the weight of being a part-time star part-time human being. So when he won a Golden Globe he used his time in the acceptance speech to tell everyone how proud he is of his wife.

Apparently, Eva took a huge weight on so that Goslin could do the award-winning movie La La Land. And Ryan didn’t let that slip by, so when he was receiving the award he talked about it very proudly. Letting everyone know how amazing his wife is, and it will tear you up.

Gosling won Best Performance by an Actor in a Motion Picture, Musical or Comedy
. As he started joking around with the fact that Ryan is a pretty common name. Reason why he has been mistaken with Ryan Reynolds several times.

Fun between friends.

He kept joking while dedicating the award to his co-stars Emma Stone and director Damien Chazelle and that they deserve it as well. Saying that he will split the price in three but that will tear them apart. As they will fight about who will get what piece.

Getting serious.

After making everyone laugh he got serious. And he said that he wanted to thank properly to a person, in particular, his wife. As “While I was singing and dancing and playing piano, and having one of the best experiences I’ve ever had on a film,” she was dealing with some really hard things.

Why she is so special.

“My lady was raising our daughter, pregnant with our second, and trying to help her brother fight his battle with cancer. If she hadn’t taken all that on so that I could have this experience, it would surely be someone else up here other than me today. So, sweetheart, thank you. To my daughters, Amada and Esmeralda, I love you.” And that is why Ryan loves and thanks her.
