Pamela Anderson and Julian Assange Are Kind Of A Thing

This is a crazy world we live in, and in this crazy world seems like Julian Assange and Pamela Anderson are a thing. Rumors of a relationship between the two have risen in the last two years founded on the actress multiple visits to the WikiLeaks founder.

To make the situation even more incredible Pamela opened up about Assange in the newest entry in her blog. She also talked about the books she’s writing, sexism, and PETA.

Vegan lunch delivery and admiration

Rumors started by Pam’s continual vegan lunch deliveries and were then sustained by her constant visits to the Ecuadorian embassy in London where Assange lives since 2012.

Now the latest entry on Pamela’s blog seems to confirm the relationship between the two. Pamela published on Friday another entry on her blog calling him “one of my favorite people” and going on and on on his incredible qualities and her admiration for him.

She wrote, “I am getting more involved with The Courage foundation who helps to defend whistleblowers …like Edward Snowden, Chelsea Manning and Julian Assange.”

Then she continued, “My relationship with Julian — it’s no secret. He is one of my favorite people, and he might be the most famous, most politicized refugee of our time.”

And finally, “He is the strongest person I know but, living as he is, is very unhealthy, demeaning and inhumane. Julian is trying to free the world by educating it. It is a romantic struggle—I love him for this-”

Dear friend…or more?

Assange and Aderson met through fashion designer Dame Vivienne Westwood. The actress had visited the Ecuadorian embassy in multiple occasions since 2014. The actress had previously referred to Assange as “quite sexy” but also as a “dear friend.”

On March 22 she said, “Mr Assange and I, have become very dear friends over time. That’s all I’m really comfortable saying…” Then added, “Of course this is not an ideal situation – It’s not indicative of any rational relationship. I wouldn’t know what that is anyway. Faith has been lost in modern romance.”

Self-imposed exile in London.

Assange has been living in exile at the Ecuadorian Embassy in London since 2012, fearing he will be extradited to the US for leaking military documents.

The Sweden faces allegations he raped a woman in Sweden and is subject to a European Arrest Warrant. Julian claims he didn’t rape the girl in August 2010 and believes the allegations are politically motivated.
