On Thursday, T-Mobile released its new Super Bowl ad. This time it casts Justin Bieber who walks us down the history of touchdowns celebration. Justin also shows some dance moves we’ve never seen before!
The #UnlmitedMoves commercial also shows Rob Gronkowski and Terrell Owens best celebration moves. The campaign encourages beliebers, and customers to share their favorite football celebration.
Celebration time.
The Biebs is looking sharp and smart in a tux as he explains us the history of touchdowns. As a part of the new T-Mobile ad, Justin spreads some of his party, dancing and celebration wisdom in the one minute video that already has over four million views.
#UnlimitedMoves
The Super Bowl is hitting American screens on Sunday the 5th. As the big day comes the ad commercials start to roll out. Including a funny and dorky one featuring Justin, which was unveiled by T-Mobile on Thursday
The phone company’s season ad shows the 22-year-old, singer in a tux and wearing nerdy glasses as he walks us down the academic history of Touchdowns. The scene is completed with a classic music cover of Bieber’s “Children.” On point.
Celebration moves.
The celebration expert narrates the tradition of post-touchdowns moves. Biebs illustrates the classic “high five”, starring New England Patriots’ Rob ‘Gronk’ Gronkowski dressed as a caveman and giving a high five. Gronk then spikes the ball showing his trademark move.
The celebration expert continues into more elaborate moves such as the “shimmy, the shake, and the shimmy shimmy shake.” Bieber introduces NFL star Terrell Owens, who is known for his touchdown celebrations.
It’s all about unlimited dances and data.
So, how is this related to T-Mobile? Well, the phone carrier is joyfully explaining that as touchdown dances have become unlimited, T-Mobile is all about the unlimited data plans.
The ad invites people to post their best dance move to its #UnlimitedMoves hashtag. Guess what the prize is…a retweet by the Biebs himself.
JB is baaaaack!!
The ad marked JB’s return to social media. After a 22 weeks hiatus from social media, the Biebs posted the ad on his Instagram account. Justin left the social media after fans’ harsh comments. His first post since the long wait already has over 2 million views.
