Kim Kardashian has obtained a court order restraining 32-year-old Charles Peter Zelenoff from ever coming close to the superstar celebrity. Kardashian said Zelenoff had been harassing her for several months and seems intent on entering her home. She described him as a stalker who is getting increasingly frustrated for not being able to enter her home – and this makes her fear for her life since Zelenof has two convictions for the battery.
Kardashian’s lawyer, Shawn Holley, got the restraining order against Zelenoff on Friday and the court ordered that the stalker must not come to within 100 yards of her or her property.
In the court papers, Kardashian claimed that the guy posted several photos and videos where he expressed his desire to be with her and start a relationship with her. She said the stalker is getting more dangerous with his inability to start a physical relationship with her. She said that she is more worried that the stalker discovered her home and even took a photo on her property, given that she had never published the address of her home.
Kardashian’s sister, Kylie Jenner, had earlier got a restraining order against a 27-year-old stalker, Shaquan King, who even swam in the pool in Kylie’s compound. That was in April. The judge ordered that King must not come close to within 100 yards of Kylie for three years, Daily Mail reports.
In March, King entered the Beverly Hills property of Kendall and removed all his clothes before attempting to jump into the pool. He was arrested by a private security guard and handed over to the police. He was released within 24 hours due to COVID-19 regulations, but he went back to Kendall’s community the following day and was arrested again for felony stalking.
King was ordered to never come close to any of Kendall’s family including her mother Kris, and not to come near their workplaces, residences, and vehicles for five years. She equally got a restraining order against Maik Bowker who said he would drive across the country and even kill her and himself with a gun. Bowker is ordered never to approach Kendall or any of her property or workplace for five years.
In March, Jenner even packed out of her Beverly Hills home despite her private security over the news of a stalker and has since relocated to another house.
