Claudia Sierra, a Texas mom, is set have the “Melania Look” for which she’ll undergo eight plastic surgeries in Texas. The procedures will be broadcast on ‘Inside Edition’ this fall.
The “Melania Look” is the latest trend, however, Melania is not the only Presidential Family member to inspire makeovers. Last year women opted for getting the “Ivanka Trump.”
The “Melania Makeover”
Celebrity obsessions are nothing new. A news anchor had once undergone excessive plastic surgery to look like his favorite singer, Justin Bieber. And the latest celebrity obsession seems to be Melania Trump.
From a model to the US First Lady, and a role model. Melania Trump has had quite an eventful journey. Now, Claudia Sierra, a mother in Texas is set to undergo the knife to look like her “role model” — Melania.
Claudia Sierra will have six plastic surgeries and two sets of Botox in a bid to look like Melania Trump. Sierra’s surgeries include breast reduction, rhinoplasty to change a bump on her nose, liposuction, a Brazilian buttock lift, “mommy makeover” to include a tummy tuck and an eyelid lift along with some botox and fillers.
The extensive procedures will take place at Utopia Plastic Surgery and Medi-Spa in Texas, and will be performed by Dr. Franklin Rose.
Some of the ops are corrective work following previous procedures, such as a nose job and breast reconstruction performed after she beat breast cancer.
Not the first time a ‘Trump’ looks gets in the spotlight
Sierra’s plastic surgeon, Dr. Franklin Rose, revealed that this is not the first request he has from women trying to look more like Melania.
In fact, there have been several requests of late to change their facial features and look like the US First Lady. This has resulted in a trend that is called as “Melania Makeover.”
Rose said, “So, it’s not really surprising to see women now requesting to look more like her, who is simply gorgeous.”
But Sierra is more inspired from Melania and wants to look like her. “I want to feel like the First Lady that I know I am inside,” Sierra said.
“Melania for me illustrates power and strength; She is our First Lady and I am looking forward to more closely resembling her and becoming a better version of ME and for it to show on the outside,” she added.
Sierra’s surgeries will take place in the coming two weeks and her journey will be aired live in the upcoming episode of ‘Inside Edition’.
Apparently, it’s a craze
As Sierra’s surgeon stated, getting the “Melania Makeover” is a craze. But it started even before Trump’s election and the First Daughter, Ivanka Trump, has also inspired transformations.
Rose revealed that several women approached him for transformation. According to Rose, women wanted to look like Trump’s daughter Ivanka Trump, but now the trend has changed to Melania.
“I’ve have had many women visit my office wanting the ‘Ivanka look,'” Rose said.
Last fall, Tiffany Taylor spent $60,000 with Rose to get the “Ivanka look,” undergoing various operations that included cheek injections, a mini eye lift, chin lift, liposuction, rhinoplasty and breast augmentation.
“I see perfection,” she told ABC News. “Absolutely stunning perfection. It’s like an art piece; it has high points and some love. It’s really pretty.”
Another patient, Jenny Stuart, told ABC she had facial fillers, liposuction, and a Brazilian butt lift to mirror Ivanka. It cost her $30,000 with, she noted, a surgeon discount for appearing on TV.
The craze has spread worldwide. In February, the Washington Post reported that more than 250 trademarks were filed in China, including a cosmetic surgery center.
Chinese women think Ivanka looks Asian, and consider her to be the ultimate example of beauty, wealth, and success.
FLOTUS first interview
First Lady Melania Trump gave her first interview since her husband took office on Thursday. The First Lady appeared on ‘Fox & Friends’ Friday morning in a segment.
She spoke about life at the White House two weeks after making 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue her official residence.
“We are enjoying it very much,” Melania said. When asked how her 11-year-old son was handling the move, Melania said: “He loves it, yes all settled. He loves it here.”

New day new life
First Lady also said she isn’t missing her life in New York City, “I’m so busy and we’re doing so many great stuff. So it’s really special place and I love it here.”
Melania, who is only the second first lady to have been born outside the country, also spoke a bit about putting together her first Congressional picnic that was held on Thursday.
“Tonight, it’s a great picnic, Congressional, picnic with all of us getting together,” she said. “It’s New York City team. And we have a carousel and great stuff outside.”
