Emma Stone is the highest paid actress in Hollywood, revealed Forbes on Wednesday. The new Forbes report makes Stone surpass previous toppers.
Forbes’ list also includes Mila Kunis, Melissa McCarthy, Jennifer Aniston and Jennifer Lawrence.

Emma Stone has had pretty amazing run in her career. Not only she won her first Oscar for her work in ‘La La Land’, but the film has made her one of the most in-demand actresses working in Hollywood.
Forbes’ report credited Stone’s movie musical ‘La La Land’ for the majority of her earnings. The film was box office grossing over $445.3 million worldwide. Emma Stone tops the list with $26 million, being the highest-paid actress of 2017.
The report shows a trend in recent years, showing actresses in their 20s becoming the top-earning actresses in Hollywood. Kristen Stewart who was the first actress in her 20s to do so back in 2012 when she earned $34.5 million for her work in ‘Twilight’.
At that time, she left more seasoned actresses like Sandra Bullock and Angelina Jolie off the list entirely. Bullock was the highest-grossing actress in 2010 and 2014, with Jolie earning that honor in 2009, 2011 and 2013. But now it is Emma Stone at 28-years-old who can claim that title.

Topping the list
So, Emma is topping the list with $26 million, and also accompanying on this year’s list are:

Most of her earnings are from being a brand ambassador for big companies such as Emirates Airlines, Smartwater, and Aveeno. Jennifer Lawrence, who dropped two spots and it’s in number three after dominating last year’s list.
Lawrence made $24 million, even without the ‘Hunger Games’ franchise. The majority of her earnings for last 12 months came from her roles in the movies ‘Mother,’ which was directed by boyfriend Darren Aronofsky, and ‘Red Sparrow,’ as well as her Dior endorsement.
In the fourth spot is Melissa McCarthy with $18 million.
Rounding out the top five is Mila Kunis, who earned $15.5 million.
