That’s a wrap! After a whole week residency in The Late Late Show with James Corden, Harry Styles deliver the funniest Carpool Karaoke ever.
In the segment, the singer sang some of his new tracks as he had fun with the host. Harry’s self-titled album is heading to number one on the charts.
Can we call it a bromance already?
When Harry Styles and James Corden announced that the singer would join the show for an entire week, one thing was obvious, it would certainly culminate in an epic Carpool Karaoke session.
And indeed, Harry graduated to the front seat for his Carpool Karaoke session which marked the return of the popular segment.
The duo delivered on Thursday, a 13 minutes jam sessions filled with jokes, confessions, and fun.
They opened up with Harry’s power ballad Sign Of The Times and the song delivered a confession. “I went somewhere else emotionally,” a transfixed Corden said after his behind-the-wheel performance, and Styles added that the emotional track makes him cry – but “in a cool way.”
Moving on, they sang Sweet Creature, which Harry said it was his mom’s favorite song of the album. After some hilarious costume changes, they tag-teamed Outkast’s 2003 classic “Hey Ya!” and the 1981 Diana Ross/Lionel Richie ballad “Endless Love.”
They wrapped it up with Kiwi, which made them rock out.
The segment proved the chemistry between the two pals who couldn’t stop joking and laughing at each other. This might be yet another famous late-night friendship, call it the English version of Jimmy Fallon and Justin Timberlake.
That’s a wrap!
Throughout the week, Harry has been promoting his new album with musical performances and even a monolog takeover, in which he delivered jokes about Trump and the hacking of Pirates Of The Caribbean.
In a recent interview with The Sun, Harry opened up about his sexuality. “Being in a creative field, it’s important to be progressive. People doing stuff like that is great.”
Styles added: “It’s weird for me — everyone should just be who they want to be. It’s tough to justify somebody having to answer to someone else about stuff like that.”
When asked if he has ever personally labeled his sexuality, Styles said: “No, I’ve never felt the need to really. No… I don’t feel like it’s something I’ve ever felt like I have to explain myself.”
Harry’s album topped the album chart in its first week of release. This way Harry becomes the second One Direction member to land a No. 1 album, following Zayn Malik‘s Mind Of Mine last April.
